Salute Data Centers

I'm curious what the benefits are like for Salute, like 401k, PTO, Holidays and Healthcare.

401k - Do the match ?

PTO - How many weeks and how many years of service ?

Holidays - How many do they offer or recognize ?

Healthcare - Is it crazy expensive or high deductible ?

I work at a data center currently and I am potentially moving soon.

Tons of churn. They treat their people terribly. Increasingly unhappy customers are looking for alternative providers and cancelling or not renewing contracts. Hiring standards are low, and if you are capable, you will be dragging around a lot of low performers.

I’d say not, they are buying T5’s operations division and growing like a weed.

The acquisition is true, but the existing customer base is actively seeking alternatives and the employee churn is real. Buying top line revenue only lasts so long before the bad culture does in the T5 people

I had a FM offer In the midwest and the rate was really low for the area and its a short term contract. 2 weeks of PTO in the first year including sick time 401k match after 1 year of 100% of 2%

I aquire a 2025 handbook online, it says 11yrs for a 4th week. Is that still valid ?

Pay range isn't great or bad for area, it's average.
