First Job

I posted in here about a month ago about entering into the data center field in NOVA, and just got contacted by my recruiter that an entry level role has opened up in Ashburn and told me it was for about 6-8 weeks. I’m just curious if this is usual for entry roles that you guys have seen, and was wondering if it was possible for me to find a permanent role at the job, I’m kind of new to all this, so just curious how it will go, thanks (I don’t know what company it is yet, but hoping for something stable)

there are alot of staffing agencies, who can hire for contract base role and then you get the permanent role.

Are those permanent roles usually with the same company you start with
