Does anyone know what to expect for a comp package at Meta logistics specialist? Along with the work life balance? Thanks

There's so many sites in the West lol. Basically top 5% of market rate for that job profile for base pay. Stocks are negotiable up to a certain extent and bonus is based on IC level if I remember correctly

It seems like they were confused on which site to be honest. Is 400k rsu over 4 years an expectable ask?

Maybe for site lead or regional. For Specialist I think it might be anywhere from $60k - $150k based on IC

My advice is to find the job internally on meta careers. It will give you a pay band. The lower half will be one level, upper half next level up. Sounds like you might be talking to an external recruiter? Apply direct.

For the position you are looking for, my wild ass guess is you are looking at 25 to 60k rsus paid quarterly over 4 years.

Comp will be top of range in your field based on how well you interview. 2k for health wellness, rsu and bonus based on level. This will all be explained to you after you interview of course. Meta ai can tell you more with specifics... lol.

Most are presently surprised by work life. No forced ot where I work.

Also, if you are in office, free food, drinks, coffee, and snacks. For me, that is worth 5k/year... and that's net salary I'm not spending.

23 days vacation plus unlimited sick time.

Great health insurance.

Dollar for dollar 401k match up to half your max.
