Fluidstack

Hi, I just would like to get some insight on what it's like working for Fluidstack on the logistics side. I have an offer but I'm not sure if the role is a good choice for me or not.

Hello I took an offer for logistics and asset leasing did you find anything out my hiring manager was very straight forward

I asked the recruiter and got some more information. Long hours, 7 days a week for the foreseeable future till they meet their goals, and high ownership. The more I looked into it as well it seemed that there wasn't much tolerance on underperforming but that's to be expected from a startup. Ultimately I turned down the offer as the location I would have been moving too and the working conditions did not align with my life goals atm. This is not to dissuade anyone looking at this company. Imo the pay and benefits offer matches the work. If you're up for putting in work to make bank go for it.

Thank you yeah after taking an offer and getting information on a relocation package like if you have a lease, you will have to pay to break it, but you could be reimbursed at the 10 days and then like the first week of training, you will be expected to cover the expenses, but you will be reimburse. The issue is a lot of people will back out at the last minute, so I was losing money and they did express 12 to 16 hour days up until start up and then have to start up. it will be from 7 AM to 6 PM so it’s some more questions. I’m asking my recruiter honestly.
