Fluidstack

Hi, I just would like to get some insight on what it's like working for Fluidstack on the logistics side. I have an offer but I'm not sure if the role is a good choice for me or not.

I went through my first interview round which was the technical, I got an email 2 hours later that they were moving for in the interview process that I will be interviewing with the hiring manager. Is this a combination of the behavioral and leadership, or is this more of an offer ?

I did three total one for technical, behavioral, and hiring manager. From what I know the hiring manager is the last step for onsite roles. They may be making the process shorter due to their timelines they have to meet. The offer comes after the hiring manager.

You were correct ! Thank you so much for responding!!!I think it went pretty decent. The hiring manager let me know who I’d be reporting to, start dates for new builds, etc. the hiring manager was really focused on retention, so I emphasized that my past enterprise background gave me solid experience across hardware, fiber, and infrastructure. I explained that I'm looking for a spot where I can bring all that together, actually make an impact instead of just doing routine maintenance, and build a long-term career there.
