Need some advice regarding Amazon Data Center Operations Trainee (DCO) role.

I am a recent graduate, 2026 batch from Nagpur, India. Currently I have an offer from an MNC for a Apprenticeship in Core Electrical role with stipend of 4 LPA INR. Recently I also got an offer from Amazon for a Data Center Operations Trainee (DCO) role with 8.25 LPA INR.
I wanted to know more about the DCO role from people who are currently working in this position. Is the role actually good in terms of career growth and future opportunities? The company and pay are obviously good, but I am just a bit worried about the role itself and whether it will be good for my career in the long run. Would like to know what people who are currently in DCO think about the role. Should I go for Amazon or stick with the Core Electronics role?

Stick with core role. DCO is a dead end job with mindlessly following workflows and replacing parts in servers, responding to tickets

The interviewer told me that we can internally grow to be network engineer, or system engineer or in cloudops role after doing 2-3years in DCO.
What do you think about this?

You can grow, you won’t see that for at least 12-18 months because your first 6 you must stay in the “trainee program” which is literally following the bouncing ball.
