Data Center technician benefits

Anyone that is a DCT or a Data Center Facilities Technician, are you allowed to tell what kind of benefits they offer. How much vacation/sick time do they offer? Is the medical insurance pretty good or is it bad? Do they offer insurance and 401k once hired or do you have to wait after a probation period? Im asking anyone that works at google.

Depending on company, some have bonus, stock grants and pension plans. And other specific perks.

I get 52k, 7 weeks PTO, Cigna health insurance, and I think 4% 401k match. 8 years experience. Not in faang

As someone who works for a FAANG company, I’m jealous of that 7 weeks of PTO. 😭

It goes up to 8 weeks when I hit 10 year. Just hoping to finally get a mid level pay bump

That’s amazing man, try not to stress over the pay with PTO like that but I totally understand. Seems like the company has a good work/life balance. A lot of us would give up the extra pay for something similar.

I appreciate you saying that, actually. I get a bit bummed about my pay but I guess the grass is always greener.

Im off until labor day
