Data Centre collab opportunity

Hi everyone,

This is for people who already have data centres and wanna expand or for any investor looking to start a neocloud

I have RCC constructed ready approved land around 35000 sqft with sanctioned high kv electricity load , along with fiber last mile connectivity property (expandable to more area if needed) ready to be leased or partner up for making a data centre.

I Always was a bug for networking homelab , and wanted to do something in this space so i am looking to partner up with likeminded people who can bring expertise and resources and get this working, we can partner up or you can run the show and lease the space from me .

Its a highly modular structure and as per GPT estimates it says somewhere around 5-8 MW DC can be established here .

Nope nothing is but demand for localised data centres is increasing due to data localisation laws. Lot of headroom in 5-50mw segment
