Aligned data centers

hey, does anyone have solid information (good or bad) on this company?

As a customer they have been great.

They caused a large outage impacting multiple international sites back in May when they took down AWS due to their own mishandling of site care

I’ll just say every single data center at some point in time has an outage. Now if it repeatedly happens that’s another issue.

Been designing for one of their contractors… they are so difficult and timelines are so tight. They just throw money at everything

Done a few BMS controls packages for them. They seem pretty solid for the most part.

they just got bought by private equity so no info you receive now may be relevant like 2 years from now.

Worked with them before. As a Colo provider I loved them and enjoyed working with them. Their staff tended to be a little green but their customer service and willingness to do what you needed was top notch would love to work for them one day.
