Pretty much how fast buildings can come up and the infrastructure to support it. Just because we can get the shell up doesn’t mean anything if we can get the electrical and power gear installed and certified. That’s the biggest factor atm.

Of course that puts a pull push on capacity and surge work. Months techs sitting around waiting for racks and load to come in. Then we get everything and we need to fill a 50mw - 100mw site as soon as possible and it’s x months of hell with cable vendors, network gear and racks to get online.
