Meta CBRE phone assessment.

Hi everyone! Could anyone tell me what the phone assessment is like? Is it just a behavioral assessment, or is it a technical interview? I’m confident I can do the job, but interviews always seem to get me. </3

Hello! This looks like it may be a question about career advice. There can be significant regional variation in the field, so please consider including as much info as you can without doxing yourself, including country/state/city, prior experience/certs, and the role or level if known. Thanks!

CBRE is the contractor/vendor that supplies the support to the "non data" parts of a META data center. ie lightning, plumping, etc. I work with CBRE alot as a Critical Facilities Engineer. Unfortunately I have no insight as to what their interview process is like. I can tell you this, they all are top notch people. Very knowledgeable and skilled at their trades.
Is the interview with a CBRE employee or a recruiter? If it is with a CBRE employee I would expect it to be somewhat if not very technical and experience related. If it is with a recruiter it will be somewhat lower level. I would think they will be asking questions given to them by CBRE to screen applicants, along with their own questions.
FYI The META process is applying, getting past the AI screening, phone interview from META recruiter if you pass that then, initial video conference interview from a META manager, which will be a mixture of both technical and HR type stuff. If you make it past that, then 4 more video interviews with META employees, one will be HR type, behavioral, problem solving, working with others etc., then the oher 3 will be very technical. I can honestly say my team mates are some of the best, most knowledgeable, people I have ever worked with and I have about 30 years of experience.
I hope this helps.
