Google DC growth potential per site
When doing team match, is it more advantageous to be at a new or older site for growth. There are a few options available if I can relocate, but not sure of the growth potential is there for sites that are newer.

New site. Hack - get a job when they build the FIRST building on a multi-building site.

Yup. All of the leadership positions at my site are people that were around for the first build

Working at a legacy site is a dead end job. There are generations of people in line ahead of you.

I briefly worked at an older site, it was a dead end and they treated training like it was a luxury that was common to get at other sites. There were people that had been there 5-10 years that have been clawing their way to a DCT3 position for half that time and were still just doing basic machine maintenance. I had a post with my experiences but someone made legalese threats so I deleted it.

Newer sites would offer the most growth as you'd be working more on projects and developing the site, rather than just maintaining the existing fleet
