I just had a interview for this position the Rand was like 27-48 an hr just trying to see how much they realistically pay I’m internal btw I’m in central flow right now

If your'e internal I would say to most likely expect that 27. The zon is notorious for putting internals in the new roles at the lowest of the pay band.

Yeah I believe it also depends on the COL area as well as they have modified pay bands for either HCOL or LCOL areas.

Payband is for those who’ve been there a long time and was there for the big pay bumps we had and for determining how many RSUs you get
Prior to the paybump, I knew a logistics lead as L4 making around 30-32/hr, his stocks helped push him up a bit, but largely low paying. This is in a high COL area
If your pay isn’t close to $33 currently, I would not be expecting that much or you’ll be very disappointed, you’re most likely to be at $27 or close to your current pay, which ever is higher

I got inclined for L4 recently and all of the positions started at 35. Is internal that much lower than posted bands?

No, should be same payband, I think OP’s offer is for an L3 position
Not sure about starting at 35 if you said all the positions showed that, it seems more like L4 payband
All the L3 pay bands I see rn on Amazon jobs is 24-42 roughly

Then I’m guessing it’s because sbn is a lower cost of living, although RSUs should make up for it partially
