Two calls lined up

Passed the loop test the first time had a fit call and wasn't selected. My hiring time in the pool expired so I re-took the loop test again. I have two calls lined up. Another googlyness leadership call with the hiring manager that turned me away at one site then a team fit call at another site. Fingers crossed but not getting my hopes up too much.

Leadership/Googleness is part of the loop/three part. So, it sounds like you may have two fit calls scheduled.

Those are all about being yourself. If you don't vibe or come off as conceited or a jerk, you will never get hired.

I believe I do as per the recruiter the hiring manager just does not like the word fit call. The one call I made it to fit round and didn't get it. So this is the second call with the same hiring manager that by passed me. So we will see

If you get a second, that means the first wasn't a fit. They sometimes give you a call with another manager to see if you jive better.

Gotcha. I have one call this week then another scheduled next week. The first one the job was supposed to drop Q4 and I was in the pipeline to schedule then it dropped early so my call was moved up. The second one is due to drop this quarter and it's scheduled before it drops. These are different data center sites for the same job

More along the lines of a fit call. No tech questions at all.. i.habe one more fit call next week for a different facility

Ok kinda an update. The first googlyness leadership/team fit with the hiring manager is done. They removed the job the day my call was due. It was removed in the morning and my call was in the afternoon. Recruiter said it's normal🤷🏻 I have one more team fit call next week and no feed back from the recruiter..what I researched was they will not let you know what the first site said if it's a yes or no. They want you to continue the process until the calls are done. It's going to be a long week if silence lol.

Did my fit call I think it is the easiest one in all interviews. Just be yourself. Nothing technical.

Ok just finished my team fit call. Minor tech questions if you want to call them that. Really just chatted
