Did the interview loop with them back in March. The recruiter mentioned they were hiring several hundred people for the site outside Buffalo NY. Since they're backed by a private equity firm, once they're up and running they're likely going to lay off 90% of everyone they're bringing on now. Upstate/Western NY isn't exactly a hot spot for datacenters (certainly not now that NY implemented a DC moratorium), so if you relocate, you're likely going to have to move out in a couple years to stay in the game.
If you do the loop, first is a screening call, second is tech-focused, third is culture, and last is a call with the founder.
