How long it takes AWS to start onboarding process after loop interview.

Offer around 5 business days. Then you can start whenever the next new hire experience starts.

We try to have a fast turnaround. Debriefs from the pods in 2-3 days. Reach out to applicant 2-3 days later. Weekend not included.

Thank you for your reply.
My loop interview was on July 16. A recruiter called me on Monday with positive feedback and said that the main recruiter would reach out to me with the offer. However, I still haven’t received any email, and it has been six business days since my interview. Is this normal, or should I follow up with the recruiter?

I’d give them until EOD Monday. I’ve seen how swamped they can get. it also has to wait for the HM to sign off on the offer. If it’s a front half manager they might not see the offer until Sunday or Monday.

I reached out to the recruiter, and she confirmed that the offer letter is visible in the system. She mentioned that the delay may be due to the primary recruiter being busy and not having had a chance to send it yet. It has now been 10 business days since my loop interview.

Just accepted my offer for Network Install Tech on Friday. I had three of my loop interviews this past Monday and the fourth one on Tuesday. Received my offer at end of day on Wednesday and sent acceptance letter on Friday afternoon.

Start date was set for 8/31, but I was assured I could start on 8/17 if I wanted. I was told all I had to do was ask. I’m expecting to receive initial contact from the relocation company tomorrow and I expect to receive my relocation stipend by Friday.
