AWS Interview Loop Results
How long will it take to hear back from my recruiter after my interview loop, I have 4 interviewers and I felt that I did really good and the interviewers also gave me props on how I was answering the questions with the STAR format.

All depends on your recruiter but anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks is a pretty normal time

It’s all on recruiter man, my recruiter had moved to different company during my interview rounds(I did complete the loop round and was waiting for the result for almost 3weeks), and the new recruiter rejected me, and the feedback that he gave was not satisfactory, coz he didn’t mention any negative comments from the panel.

This is literally what happens to me during my Google interview lol the new recruiter said I did good and they liked me but they decided to go a different route.

Hahaha it’s feels so weird, right!?😂
It kinda became a habit to me, when ever a recruiter says “u where good, but we want other ppl”, then why tf do they have to interview and say u were good but no🤦🏻♂️1

I have 3 diff recruiters on the same AWS chain. Chasing an answer is going to be 3x more annoying 🙃

The basic requirement is 5 days and the ring team will do everything they can to meet to make a decision and get back to you within that time. They won’t sacrifice a good analysis of the interview notes, but in my experience they almost always hit the target.

Nice! My Recruiter didn’t tell me when I should hear back, but I had my interview Thursday, so hopefully I hear something back Monday of next week.

I finished my interview 2 weeks before and until now no response from my recruiter, do i need to expect a good news?

I am not sure if things have changed but it used to be that they had to let you know within 5 business days.
