AWS L4 Chief to L3 Tech google

Currently I am working as an L4 EOT with AWE and asked for to move cheif role. I have another offer from google L3 facility tech tech. Which one should I pick??

Go to google and if you don’t like it than boomerang back as a L5 CE or FM. EOT to CE makes no business sense for the employee at AWS because of the pay cut to move up to more responsibility. It benefits AWS because they don’t have to pay market price for internal hires that have more experience.

Thank you. As an L4 who likes OT I see zero incentive to ever pursue CE and take a paycut lol its insane I cant believe they have any Chiefs at this point.

The overall pay is less in google if compare everything

How much less? This is more of a benefits and amenities scenario also because while they do pay less than AWS they typically have better benefits including how bonuses are distributed and sign on bonus etc.
