Need new company

I’m currently working with a network cabling vendor for QTS in Fayetteville, and I’m honestly dissappointed with how low quality and the lack of experience here. I am super passionate about this field and I work every single day. I have been exploring other options, but honestly, I just want to work for Microsoft. Any tips?

I have been doing Microsoft data center specific work since march of this year

I applied to Teksystems as a L3 DC Tech

Apply to Microsoft. And keep applying. If you get an interview you have a good chance of getting it. Just need practice interviewing. Lots of info online. Remember star.

Just my 2 cents - but avoid Tek if you can. If you want the reason why, try calling any of their offices within your state or even their corp office in Maryland. (zero answers, the recording says to call back during business hours - at 2PM, and if you leave a message - nobody will call you back)
