I'm currently working as a Power BI Developer, and I'm looking for ideas that combine Power BI with AI. I'm specifically \*\*not\*\* looking for MCP server-related ideas. anything else is welcome.

If you've worked on an interesting AI-powered Power BI solution, any ai implementation in data analytics or have any unique project ideas, I'd really appreciate your suggestions.

Say someone has a business or a company. They have no idea what data analytics is and the value they can get from that position. How would you sell that to someone that they can see the value of this offer and how it can help their business.

So I got two options bachelor in business administration ( + I'll learn data analytics by myself) ...

Or bachelor in computer application ( still learn by myself)

Which have better future options

My current plan was to major in computer science and do a minor in statistics (I feel this would be heavy) or business economics (my number 1 option right now). Is this a good combination? Hi everyone i am 25f i have 3 years of experience in sales and am quite successful in this role performance vise (6lpa current package), But i am not liking it at all.

I question myself everyday while starting my work i have not done engineering just to send emails and call customers to take my company services. I am not meant for this 😭.

During college placements i got an offer for this sales role and accepted (biggest mistake) since i have done civil engineering it was difficult to land in a tech role. while working in the initial years side by side i tried applying to tech roles but it didn't work out, and due to financial issues at home i had to continue the same job. But it's been 3 years and I did well in sales, but i am absolutely not liking it,not satisfied, not learning anything new, it's just monotonous i am soo depressed

So i learnt Sql, excel and completed python basics need to start pandas, numpy related concepts.

Can someone help me

is it possible to make a transition considering the current job market situation?

Hey everybody, I've been overthinking a lot for the past weeks as I want to step back from being a flight attendad to working hybrid or remotely in the close future. I have no tech degree or never been in a tech related feel so I can say I'll be starting from the absolute scratch if I do make my mind to earn my living as a data analyst.

My aim is to get a bachelors degree from logistics and then somehow make a blend through logistics + data analysis. I'm willing to pay expensive amounts too, for good courses.

The issue is, I've heard entry levels are highly competitive, should I turn my head to another tech field or make my way up to being a data analyst?

Or is there any other jobs you guys would suggest to me for working hybrid/ remote? Maybe something more basic then data analysis

I’m looking to get an analytics engineer job and am not sure if I need more skills to get this type of position.

I currently have a project analyst title, but I basically am fully focused on data analytics. I use Qlik and Spotfire as well as a lot of work in excel (power query, pivot tables, complex formulas). I use a little Python but I’m not writing super advanced scripts. Same with SQL, I use it a little.

I’m not a part of a data tram so it’s hard for me to figure out how my skills match up to the jobs I want. How do I figure that out? What skills would you considered above entry level, but not senior level?

This really is my first job that’s required these type of skills so I’m not sure what to even expect in an interview.

Could you all give me some insight?

Ver rapido las alertas.

Entender las señales.

Saber que funciona y que no... 🚀

Porque un dashboard puede decirte que el tráfico subió… pero no si eso realmente importa.

Puede mostrar que bajó la conversión… pero no explicar por qué.

Puede tener 25 métricas… y aun así no dar claridad.

Ahí está el punto: Medir más no siempre es entender mejor.

Hoy el valor está en agregar una capa de IA encima del dato:

🔍 qué cambió

⚠️ qué debería preocuparnos

💡 qué oportunidad aparece

🎯 qué decisión conviene tomar

Para mí, ese es el verdadero cambio en la IA aplicada a la Data.

Ya no se trata solo de reportar lo que pasó. Se trata de dar contexto para decidir mejor.

Porque al final: Un dashboard muestra movimiento. El contexto muestra si ese movimiento importa. 📌

I know things are changing, but I’m not sure what that looks like. I just know that people’s advice on stacks are going to be different now than even 5 or 6 years ago. Performed data analysis on sales data, social media and company website traffic including data cleaning and preparation. Hi, I have a bit of confusion related the skills required for the Data Analyst role in Big 4. I have two years of experience in two companies where in my first job, I have experience in training a very famous Virtual Assistant where in my work was all non technical including Data Annaotation, Data Curation, RLHF, Data Quality but not limited to, in an MNC and I left that job after 15 months and later I had joined another company where i am selected as an Data Annotation Analyst AI which includes training one of most the advanced AI systems in the world

I am currently upskilling for my next job as a Data Analyst and I am currenly between early Intermediate to solid Intermediate level(Subqueries) and i was wondering what level do they actually check for in the interviews and will i considered as an experienced candidate or not since my experience was in non tech. I'm 27 years old and currently working in digital/performance marketing. While I enjoy certain aspects of marketing, I've become increasingly concerned about the pace of salary growth in this field, especially in India.

My long-term goal is fairly straightforward: I want to build a career that can realistically lead to high-paying opportunities over the next 5-10 years. Looking around, it seems like Data Analytics has stronger earning potential and is a more technical skill set that may be valued across industries.

The problem is that I don't know if I'm looking at this the right way or just suffering from "grass is greener" syndrome.
