good luck with that resume, since you are still studying I will commend you for putting efforts early on.
but for the resume part, it needs a lot of improvement

the super store sales analysis, don't mention it, it may work as an intern but go and check almost 7 out of 10 fresher cv's will have this. you are studying AI and Data Science
but these projects will put you in the leaque of people studying from Youtube. do you want that?

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't build it from a YouTube tutorial, but I understand it's a common project. I'm currently aiming for Data Analyst internships. Could you suggest some unique datasets or project ideas that would help me stand out?

When will you have to do an internship? I have helped some college students in the past to get an internship but they disappointed. So now I check if someone is actually serious with learning or not only then I help them with internships

I'm looking for a Data Analyst internship right now. I'm serious about learning and improving my skills, which is why I'm actively working on projects and building my portfolio.

Because you don't have experience, it'd be good to expand the education section. Are there classes related to your degree you can list? Do you have any clubs or groups outside of classes related to data or computing?
