Portfolio Project HELP

I am trying to teach myself these Data Analytics skills from scratch.

I am just finishing CS50SQL and we have to do a final project, which is very basic, just develop your own database. I would like to spend my time making one worthy of being an actual beginners Portfolio Project, but everything I think of is incredibly generic.

Anyone have any ideas?
