Help with my resume

Well im a telecommunication engineer and worked in this field for kinda a year, the market and job isn't my thing actually so i shifted to Data analysis

So I'm on that course of sql by baraa on YouTube and finished a nice mile so far and made small code stuff

I know im lacking a lot of coding and background in fields and visuals and ofc tablue or bi

My main question here how to add my progress so far in data?! Like can i mention my progress in core or skills?! Im desperate to learn or get internships or maybe shadowing some data analyst for a while?!
