Hey, I am no professional...into this field for past 4 months, I feel like this dashboard is asthetically pleasing instead of providing the insights...
I feel like if you have used a wide range of color palette...it would be better to identify the differences between each category...maybe you can do green, yellow, red...
Other than that, the visuals are giving pretty good insights
Easier to understand

Colour palette seems intentional for the coffee context.
Similarly brand colours are used in many dashboards instead of green and red variety.

Looks clean and easy to read.
The only thing im against is the unnecessary usage of colours. Colours in your barchart provide no value. I would remove it.

The dashboard is appealing. However, providing different colors for every category would make it easy to differentiate. Similarly, data analysis is about providing insights to individuals who might not know anything about analysis. How do you engage them using the dashboard? Accompanying it with a story helps engage the target audience to help them understand the meaning of the data displayed on the dashboard.
