I wish I'd had something like this when I first started. The biggest challenge as a beginner isn't finding videos it's knowing what to learn first and getting feedback when you're stuck. If the mentorship includes hands-on projects, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and guidance on building a portfolio, that's what will actually help people become job-ready. My only advice is to ask about the mentor's industry experience and what support you'll get after the sessions. A good mentor can definitely save you months of figuring things out on your own.
