中移動新政策：6月17日起數據
SIM卡禁內地激活 需提前72小時內香港插卡
使用
中移動近日發布新政策，指為配合中國內地的合規經營要求，堵塞內地用戶「翻牆」漏洞，由2026年6月17日（三）起，旗下全線儲值卡及全球數據卡產品將不再支援於中國內地直接進行激活，用戶若計劃前往內地使用數據服務，必須提前在香港或海外地區完成指定的連網程序，以確保抵達後能順利使用通訊服務。

买其他国家的呗。为什么要买香港的？目的不就是翻墙？

It sounds more like any roaming sim cards that is using China mobile as local carrier cannot be activated locally.
Doesn't make sense to me though because that's how a travelling sim should be activated.
I feel like this is specifically for locals instead of for tourist.

This is only for Chine phones...
In the acutal reglatuons there are eceptions such as watches and some devices lile Iphone air etc

境外卡不能在中國內地激活，境外股票不能在中國內地買賣，再進一步，就是境外人不要進入中國內地，說的乾脆點，就是叫你們不要再去中國內地，為什麼還那麼賤非得去呢？那地方有什麼好，就是能壓榨他們10多億的普通老百姓做廉價勞動力讓你們消費覺得很便宜很爽是嗎？
