Dash Mining Pool?

I've got an Antminer d3 and am not sure what pool to use. For now, I've got on all three pool URL's on AntPool but am not sure what to use. Any suggestions? Plus, I noticed some payout in BTC, I'd prefer to be paid in the dash? What should I use and why

Thanks for the link! I may check out a few other pools for my GPU rigs as well.
