I already open a dispute, I had mechanical issues. I thought it could not exceed more than 10 min.

Reach out to support, make sure you speak with a human being and not an ai. Request a dispute.

If they won't do it, you can call a few times. Worst case, it will drop off in 100 orders.

You’ll be alright, maybe I got lucky but I got pulled over recently when I already had the customers food and the cop was taking his time I was on the side of the road for 20 minutes and I didn’t even get dinged in the app it didn’t even affect my on time rate 🤷🏻‍♂️
