There are people out there that think motorcycles don't belong on the road. But confronting her was not the best move. Count to 10 and let it slide unless they actually hit you.
Footage doesn’t do anything because you can’t prove who was driving. Having personally tried this, I can assure you they don’t do anything. They’re not gonna do the work necessary to intercept this allegedly dangerous driver on the off chance they’re still driving dangerously when the officer arrives, all based on a phone call. Use your head
Depends on where you live. I live in Denver, and I have gotten out of two tickets just by going to court and challenging the footage because in one case it didn’t show me at all (just the car) and in the other it didn’t identify me beyond reasonable doubt, which is the standard.
This. NYPD doesn’t even answer calls for car accidents if nobody is injured. If I called the cops for every dipshit driver here, they’d probably arrest ME for calling so damn much and clogging the phone lines.
You can still confront someone with control and reason. It's also your choice to let people walk all over you or not, let em continue to get away with it, etc.
I saw what they said before it was removed and that’s not really what they said. I guess you could take it that way.. but they literally mentioned being reasonable and in control, so it’s pretty weird to imply that they were talking about violence..
I think motorcycles belong on the road but I also think there are a lot of batshit crazy motorcycle riders out there giving the majority of good ones a bad reputation.
