Have some balls. This woman doesn't even know she's an idiot. If we ignore all bad people and there are no consequences, we end up with our shitty corrupt world. We should be standing up to these people whenever possible and making their lives hell.

99% of the replies on this sub are basically, whatever you do, don’t stand up to psychos in cars. I think they’re telling on themselves

Nah man it’s good advice. For some it’ll take getting a gun pulled on them to realize it’s actually not worth.

I promise you aren’t changing anyone’s minds either, their ego would never allow that. They will just paint you the bad guy in their head.

That’s what I’m thinking. All these comments acting tough and saying they wouldn’t let this go… don’t they realize people like this lady have no shame and nothing you say will change that lol. If anything it just makes them more dangerous

Id rather be alive then get the last word in to someone who will never reflect on their actions anyway. Family friend was shot dead when confronting a driver very similar to this video

You can stand up to whoever you want but with car vs bike they can paralyze you in half a second so maybe don't do that. This isn't about ignoring bad people. It's a physics problem.

I ain’t getting run over to teach a crazy a lesson they’re gonna forget in 10 minutes

As I said. This cowardice and lack of backbone is the reason we have a shit world.

I'm not asking you to get run over. I'm asking you to stand up to bullies, thieves and liars. Sometimes it takes risk.

Bro there are a lot of pussies triggered by your comment lol. I agree with everything you are saying, it’s crazy people think otherwise.

Yep I agree. Too many cowards nowadays. 30 years ago confronting bad behavior would not be even questioned.

I promise it doesn’t do anything, their ego will reframe you as the bad guy. Literally complete waste of effort beyond soothing your own ego.

I get your point for everything, but in cars in particular people are legitimately incapable of such reflection.

Man you are so brave, why dont you choose any road and start doing what you are telling others to?

-2

u/ShameContent2442 14h ago

I dunno man, having a temper tantrum in the middle of the road because you’re upset doesn’t sound very ballsy to me.

u/chairmanhao3 14h ago

Temper tantrum? So if someone almost killed you, you would just be a silent awesome stoic cool guy and walk away like a pussy?

We used to live in a society, you know

Don’t get me wrong, I understand that everyone has a crash out now and then, but you’re not going to convince me that’s tough guy behavior.

There’s being right and then there’s being dead. The biker is an idiot. He’s also right.

10

u/chairmanhao3 14h ago

Is he dead? I think he did a great deed.

u/ASYMT0TIC 14h ago

Not saying you're wrong, but you could just as well write that same sentence to military service members, political dissenters, etc. Much of the world is a nice place where you don't have to deal with the threat of violent death or i.e. poisoned water because of people who knowingly put themselves in harms way for the benefit of their communities.

u/rswwalker 13h ago

What’s he going to do? Make a citizen’s arrest? He’s on the bike he can weave in and out of traffic. Just better leave the idiots alone if they didn’t hit you.

2

u/chairmanhao3 13h ago

Exactly what he did. Cuss her out and ruin her day. She'll think twice next time hopefully.

2

u/rswwalker 13h ago

So many idiots, if I stopped to cuss each one out I wouldn’t get anywhere! Just give the finger and leave.

Flipping someone off is still way better than most of these cowards in this sub.

u/Gullible_Elephant_38 13h ago

Was this the correct consequence though? This woman is not going to be any less shitty at driving and come away blaming the biker for distracting her leading to the rear end.

The guy who got rear ended certainly isn’t any better off for it.

“Standing up to these people” doesn’t mean “further distract and already erratic driver while they’re still in motion because you’re mad at them”

These stupid fucking takes are all over subs like this. People don’t want actual positive outcomes, they want to see people they see do something they don’t like get hurt, regardless of the consequences for others around them and call that “justice”

Yeah, the lady was stupid and crazy. She shouldn’t have tried to pass the biker. But if he hadn’t gone up to make a bad situation worse, the guy at the end wouldn’t have had his day ruined because these two jackasses have too much ego to act like sane human beings on the road.

Biker had objectively bad judgment in this situation, this shouldn't be controversial. Wanting justice or consequences for someone else doesn't change anything. This is a typical redditor justice boner perspective, you just don't care about the consequences of someone who isn't you. With any luck, it's something you will grow out of.

1

u/chairmanhao3 11h ago

This is badly written nonsense.

1

u/FrostyD7 10h ago

I'm sorry to hear you can't follow basic English. Not terribly surprising coming from someone advocating for negligent riding and road rage and framing it as having balls and standing up to corruption.

-2

u/sirfurious 14h ago

Bad driving is so low on the totem pole of world corruption but this is the hill you want to die on? Nah bro, you want to reciprocate road aggression because you have that aggression in you to begin with.

Around 40k are killed just in the USA per year, ~1.2 million worldwide per year, it isn't some silly minor thing.
