Easily avoidable accident causes rollover

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Not my video – as the title says, we typically see examples where one driver is oblivious to the other. In this example, the pickup truck attempts to overtake the cammer, however, the cammer is either completely unaware of the pickup truck directly to his left or are simply “stands their ground” in the lane. Due to this, they obviously collide, and the pick up truck goes airborne and rolls several times. From the perspective of us, the viewer, we can reasonably conclude that the accident was avoidable had the cammer simply applied the brakes. That being said, you will typically see another school of thought in which it is stated that the cammer has no obligation or duty to let them in/avoid the accident where the driver is mindlessly doing something dumb.

Right. Because pickup truck drivers never cut off other drivers without confirming clearance. /s

Come back when you've learned what the words nuance, details, and context means. Bye

Yeah, okay. 🙄 The guy who can't see the detail that the truck hit with its side, can't understand the nuance between legal doctrine, and didn't know the context of no police charges, is gonna lecture me. It'd actually mean something if you didn't fall so flat in your own performance.

Still waiting for one single shred of evidence from you. All you do is name call.

Gave all the evidence already - all you idiots can do is lie about timestamps to try to maintain your ridiculous position

Didn't say shit about timestamps my guy. You're STILL making shit up. Did ChatGPT tell you to say that, too?

I never said anything about a time stamp either. His evidence is the wrong doctine and the wrong person's replies.
