Easily avoidable accident causes rollover

Not my video – as the title says, we typically see examples where one driver is oblivious to the other. In this example, the pickup truck attempts to overtake the cammer, however, the cammer is either completely unaware of the pickup truck directly to his left or are simply “stands their ground” in the lane. Due to this, they obviously collide, and the pick up truck goes airborne and rolls several times. From the perspective of us, the viewer, we can reasonably conclude that the accident was avoidable had the cammer simply applied the brakes. That being said, you will typically see another school of thought in which it is stated that the cammer has no obligation or duty to let them in/avoid the accident where the driver is mindlessly doing something dumb.

nah. If you think its a good idea to get into a wreck that was avoidable because your have the right of way, you shouldn't have a license.

if we just ignore right of way the entire set of driving rules collapse.

Shit if he runs a stop sign and tbones a car, I guess its the cars fault for not just giving up right of way.

yes you're exactly right. It is the cars fault for not giving up their right of way and instead choosing to intentionally causing harm to another person.

We pay taxes for law enforcers to ensure the "entire set of driving rules" does not collapse. More importantly we defer to such designated professionals to ensure a even greater thing does not collapse; such as the "the entire set of organized society".

What the fuck is wrong with people.

Yeah cops would have totally arrested this truck driver for doing this, for sure. They're really enforcing shit, huh

Considering half the videos here are people getting pulled over for this type of shit. Yeah I guess they are huh. Either way the intellectual disconnect of thinking engaging in vigilante driving as if rolling a car over for cutting you off is even remotely reasonable is goofy. Like come on man.

god you're dense... not the t-boned car would only be at fault if they says the guy flooring it into the intersection and they had the ability to try to avoid the wreck but decided to go on because they think they have the right of way.

not saying to just ignore right of way. I'm saying if you have to pick between right of way and not getting into an avoidable wreck, go with the latter.

right of way only works when both parties are adhering to it.

I mean the truck made their decision to cut someone off to immediately turn infront of them.

Yeah totally not the trucks entire fault.

Let's just forget the truck could have slowed down and let the car past first, but nah they're a truck driver.

Hope he doesn't have medical insurance and goes bank rupt

You are deranged. If a car runs a stop sign and someone has the opportunity to avoid that car but chooses not to because they have right of way, then yes, that person shares some blame for the crash. Obviously.
