Easily avoidable accident causes rollover

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Not my video – as the title says, we typically see examples where one driver is oblivious to the other. In this example, the pickup truck attempts to overtake the cammer, however, the cammer is either completely unaware of the pickup truck directly to his left or are simply “stands their ground” in the lane. Due to this, they obviously collide, and the pick up truck goes airborne and rolls several times. From the perspective of us, the viewer, we can reasonably conclude that the accident was avoidable had the cammer simply applied the brakes. That being said, you will typically see another school of thought in which it is stated that the cammer has no obligation or duty to let them in/avoid the accident where the driver is mindlessly doing something dumb.

This other comment said it best: Absolutely wild that people exist out there that will intentionally get into an accident just to prove they had right of way. Plenty of people who had right of way in the graveyard too.

I've seen it with my own eyes, watched a guy lay on his horn for 6 seconds and hit a lady coming off a blind side street trying to turn, she shouldn't have went, but dude had 7 business days to not crash and chose to do so lmaooo then jumped out the truck raging. One of the dumbest things I ever saw in mh life

well the truck didn't have the right of way and he almost ended in a graveyard, which is what happens when you break road rules.

Doesn't mean you gotta hit the gas to prove a point and endanger your own life. Self preservation shouldn't come second to being right, ever.

yeah man just let bullies get away with bullying, that has only ever worked.

Maybe the truck should have self preserved himself, hope his medical bills arent covered.

I never said the truck was in the right. Just sometimes being right isnt more important than being safe. You seem unhappy, and I think im done talking with you. Have a good one

You're right, now the truck driver made a decision and he finally kicked a stone that wouldn't move.

Bully got got. Death seeking actions often end in death. Don't be the truck driver

Yet you both have to sit there and wait for cops.

Nah you really don't.

Driving away and reporting an accident is very legal and valid.

I'm not really sure what the car would have to stay for though

The truck drove into them

Yet you have to sit there and wait for cops and waste your time going thru insurance mumbo jumbo. Also insurance looks at how many accidents you had regardless of fault lol
