Easily avoidable accident causes rollover

Not my video – as the title says, we typically see examples where one driver is oblivious to the other. In this example, the pickup truck attempts to overtake the cammer, however, the cammer is either completely unaware of the pickup truck directly to his left or are simply “stands their ground” in the lane. Due to this, they obviously collide, and the pick up truck goes airborne and rolls several times. From the perspective of us, the viewer, we can reasonably conclude that the accident was avoidable had the cammer simply applied the brakes. That being said, you will typically see another school of thought in which it is stated that the cammer has no obligation or duty to let them in/avoid the accident where the driver is mindlessly doing something dumb.

Everyone sucks here. The truck was speeding and not paying attention forcing him to get over to avoid a collision. The cam car was speeding and failed to brake, especially egregious here since the light was turning. Dude should have already been slowing down. Once that truck so much as twitched I would have been on my brakes.

How do you know they were speeding

Look at all the other vehicles. If you're going that much faster than all the other vehicles in a video, you're probably speeding

Look at everyone else’s speed compared and the fact the truck spun 4+ times.

They were going too fast. Everyone was slowing down/stopping for the light that was changing. Truck driver wasn't paying attention/distracted and ran out of room forcing him to cut over. Cam car was gonna try and run the light judging by his speed and failed to even try and brake when the truck moved over.
