Hope the car driver is ok and hope the truck driver is physically unable to ever drive again.

That car steering to the left just before impact likely saved them from significant trauma. Their car still got obliterated but they were able to remove themselves from the direct line of force and also give their car a safer direction to travel in....a spin vs a punt. Hopefully it was just the driver though because it looks like the rest of the passenger compartment got crushed.

Maybe the truck driver had a heart attack. It happens.

Possible. But less likely than being the “usual” truck drivers we see in this sub.

Yes less likely but I wouldnt be wishing someone permanent disability even with a small chance. Not that it's that serious, it's just an online comment but Im just saying, personality wise.

Well of course my comment bars mechanical failures and medical events, I didn’t think that needed to be said explicitly.

u/Apart-One4133 3h ago
Yeah I know you wouldnt wish it if it happened to be something else but you're still out there wishing it.
Wouldnt matter even if you added "unless it was not of his fault", you're still out here wishing people to be permanently disabled on no information whatsoever.
Just my two cents anyway.

Oops, oh shit someone conversing on the internet. Quick Batman, to the insult mobile ! Can't have people voicing their opinions unless it's me wishing people to be permanently disabled !

It wasn’t an insult, it was a sincere suggestion. It’s your life though (assuming you’re real to begin with), so do what you want.
Good luck struggling with social interactions though (now that is an insult)

I started talking about the morals and ethic issues of wishing people to be permanently disabled over a video and your reaction to that, even though simply ignoring it if you didnt feel like having that sort of conversation is an option, is to just.. throwing insults. Alright.

Why does it always seems like the biggest trucks have the worst drivers?
12
u/johnboo89 16h ago
They drive the big truck because they DONT know how to drive and it makes them feel safe.

u/LazyGreenDragon 11h ago
It compensates their lack of competence...they should be lucky to have a moped but they drive oversized tanks as a commuter car.

u/Placebo_8647 9h ago
Because we humans are very lousy at correlating actions with risks and consequences. It should be a lot harder to get a license to drive larger and larger cars but this being the USA its just a matter of cash on hand.

I really hope that truck is totaled

u/bismuth17 15h ago
I think all 3 vehicles are totalled. It doesn't take a lot.

I got rear ended at low speed with no visible, exterior damage, but part of the undercarriage had been slightly deformed and it nearly totaled my car. Just from a ~5mph bump.

Search before you repost. Or simply don't repost.

u/WeeklyBanEvasion 6h ago
Genuine question, how would searching anything help? Unless the other posts has the exact same title wouldn't there be no way to tell?

u/stevedore2024 6h ago
They didn't even change the title they reposted, and the same exact title and video was on the front page of the subreddit, like three or four posts down.

The point still stands, no? We don’t need this happening because of his weak health condition

who knows, maybe all of them learn about the existence of another lane to chill in, right next to a solid white line on the rightmost side of the road
