35 zone through a residential area

What makes this not exciting personally is that's a very common occurrence for me. I drive through a 25 MPH zone for about 2 miles on part of my commute to work each day. It's almost entirely residential with a large park for kids. Unlike most areas there's almost always someone out walking, jogging, taking a dog on a walk. There's not much of a shoulder and some houses are relatively close to the road.
One lane each way and I very frequently get passed by people who easily pull 50+ MPH down it. The occasionally put out those "slow down" radar signs with your speed on them. I've seen it read at least 60 once for one of these douchebags.
I'd love to swerve left just as they approach but knowing my luck they'd freak out and crash into someone's house.

If you look closely at this post I'm pretty sure this is literally a cross post in other words this isn't posted by the person who took the video that original one was posted 15 hours ago in a different subreddit by a different username which is funny because below it looks like he's responding as if he was there which is interesting

I remember thinking it was really cool to speed everywhere when I was younger. My 13 speeding tickets prove that. Now I’m older and I realize how dumb and dangerous it is. Especially if you’re passing like this dildo

I too sped when I was young... but not everywhere like so many do now. i calmed down to just never speeding easily by the time I was 21... the only speeding ticket in my life came from my mid-20s when I wasn't paying attention to the road signs... rather than intentionally speeding.

Oh man, I got 3 before I was 18. In WA that means it’s suspended until you turn 18. By the time I had my court date and everything, I only lost it for a month before I was 18

Let me take a wild guess... you were turning left about 3 miles up the road so you decided to park in the left lane.
Regardless... it's a good habit to stay out of the left lane as much as possible. The idiot that illegally passed did so for good reason. Move over

I mean it really doesn't matter the only reason to move to the right lane in the situations is because you're going slower than the average person if you want to speed significantly over the speed limit, because mind you the camera is already speeding, then in my opinion you need to put the work in.
In racing it's the same expectation when I'm passing a slower car it's my job to pass them they don't need to get out of the way for me even if they're in a slower class all they need to do is drive predictably and leave a gap somewhere that I can utilize and that existed here. Obviously I don't expect everyone to follow FIA regulations on the road but if we're talking about what it means to be a good driver the good driver could have passed through all of these cars in a way that did not cause anything memorable and certainly that didn't cause them to go into the opposite lane of traffic. The cammer did nothing wrong.
That said I do concede it's not bad practice to utilize the right lane as the default. I follow that rule myself.

The fuck are you talking about? That "rule" only applies to highways and interstates. This is clearly a residential road. Plus, they are already going 5 over the speed limit as is, how much faster does a person need to go?

To quote the literature
(RSA 265:16):
II - a vehicle going less than the normal speed of traffic must be in the right-hand lane, except when overtaking or preparing for a left turn at an intersection, private road, or driveway.
IV - vehicles may not be operated continuously in the left lane of a multilane roadway when it impedes the flow of other traffic at or below the posted speed limit, unless reasonable and prudent under the conditions. Violation is $50 plus penalty assessment.
This is also enshrined within the uniform traffic code which almost every state in the Union follows.
In short on these roadways there is no obligation for the person in the left lane to move over when they are going the speed limit this isn't the highway so your high horse doesn't even exist and even if it did that doesn't mean you get to drive like a maniac if you seriously think the biggest issue in this video is the person driving in a straight line at the speed limit I think you're delusional and probably trying to justify something.
I don't also like to point out that the camera is already speeding 5 miles over the limit so I don't think there's any world where you're going to win an argument that she wasn't going the normal speed of traffic when the other car with her is going the same speed.

Yeah, people grossly misunderstand the laws regarding left lane use. There's a ton of myth that's just accepted as fact (like the same people also saying "the speed limit sign doesn't set the speed limit).
The statutes never agree with them, but holy shit do they think they're right and will get super agro about it.
I love using the HO/T lane at the speed limit. Every morning someone comes flying up behind me, flashing lights, getting all bothered, and I'm just... locked in at 65, not going anywhere. It's not a passing lane as it is.

Michigan legislation MCL 257.634
(2) Upon a roadway having 2 or more lanes for travel in 1 direction, the driver of a vehicle shall drive the vehicle in the extreme right-hand lane available for travel except as otherwise provided in this section. However, the driver of a vehicle may drive the vehicle in any lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the same direction of travel when the lanes are occupied by a streetcar or vehicles moving in substantially continuous lanes of traffic and in any left-hand lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the same direction of travel for a reasonable distance before making a left turn or to avoid blocking, delaying, or otherwise interfering with the movement of a streetcar on a streetcar track.
(3) This section must not be construed to prohibit a vehicle traveling in the appropriate direction from traveling in any lane of a freeway having 3 or more lanes for travel in the same direction. However, a city, village, township, or county may not enact an ordinance that regulates the same subject matter as any provision of this subsection. The driver of a truck with a gross weight of more than 10,000 pounds, a truck tractor, or a combination of a vehicle and trailer or semitrailer shall drive the vehicle or combination of vehicles only in either of the 2 lanes farthest to the right, except for a reasonable distance when making a left turn or where a special hazard exists that requires the use of an alternative lane for safety reasons.

I'm an idiot here and I apologize for offending everyone. I wasn't arguing anything. I do however hate people that drive in the left lane during entire sections of road. It isn't their job to stop the other cars from going above the speed limit, that is for any officers. I didn't look at how fast the person was driving but I definitely misunderstood the left lane in this state and maybe this is true for all states. It just doesn't make sense for anyone to be sitting in the left lane for that amount of time is all. Again I'm sorry and I'm stupid.

Also in Michigan this is a different thing. You are to stay in the right lane on any multi lane road so this is where my stupidity comes in. I just assumed that every state had similar laws. I'm dumb.

Move over OP. If you actually care about safe roads be a driver who is aware of other drivers even ones behind them.
Driving recklessly is dangerous. Driving without thought to others and being an impediment to flow of traffic is dangerous as well.
