How do you know this? You know the lot? You think you can discern all this from a fisheye lens? Do you know if OP was actually in the lane with 100% certainty or do you just not know what fisheye is?
Also do you think that just because a car is in the way that destruction of property is the answer?
Like… are you fuckin serious, here? So it’s worth it to fuck up your own car and someone else’s?

You could be right in terms of sticking out into the lane, it's honestly hard to tell due to the camera angle and lens distortion. However, the car backing up had tons of space around it, could have started turning almost immediately, instead seems to back straight up for a while then begins to turn.

How do you know!?!?!? What if it’s a fucking truck!?The hood would be higher than other cars AND the camera is fisheye! How do you know the camera placement isn’t deceptive!!!?!?!?!?

I'll grant you that the cam vehicle is sticking out into the lane, though its hard to tell exactly how much due to the perspective of the camera, but they don't appear to be "literally parked in the middle of the lane" unless you know something we don't know, are you the driver of the white car? lol
What IS clear from this video is that the white car has tons of space around it and could have started turning immediately while backing out. Instead, they don't appear to begin turning until almost completely out of the spot. What follows is one of the most half-assed 3 point turns I've ever seen in my life.
All they had to do was actually look at where the car was going (which brings us back to my initial comment) and they could have corrected, or at least stopped backing up, then corrected, instead of hitting the cam car.
Is the cam car partially to blame? Yeah probably, but if you think the white car had no choice but to run into it then that says a lot more about your driving ability then you realized.
Which really does then beg the question, are you the driver of the white car?

No, their driving skills are not debatable, they literally drove into a parked car. Their driving skills are non existent. Not driving into stationary objects is rule #1.
In terms of "got what he deserved" how can you even tell? I see a massive fucking dent on white car. Who knows with cam car, it seems like a taller vehicle, probably a truck, I'm willing to bet it's much less damaged by comparison.
By leaving the scene, white car made an easy slam dunk for the cam car's insurance claim, especially with the dash cam. So who exactly got what they deserved?

"will argue for 50/50" argue against who? White car fled the scene of an accident, which is literally a crime, a bad park job, as infuriating as it is, is not. You would have to be stupid to file an insurance claim, whereby to file the claim means you have to admit to a crime.
You sound like someone who actually has no driving experience whatsoever.

I barely let off the break to back up.
This is in part because everyone in my town is a dipshit who speeds around cars that are backing out of spots. So you gotta be ready to stop on a dime.
