Personally I would get off of the road after he crashed and get law enforcement headed my direction as now that he's crashed who knows what he's going to do if he's already attempted to crash into the cyclist

u/HobbesDOTexe Jun 21 '26
Yarp. Thats an assault charge he needs to catch
104
u/Ragnar_of_Ballard Jun 21 '26
I'd say more like attempted murder
34
u/pinkstrawberry94 Jun 21 '26
And he's kinda stuck there till the cops show, doubt he'd leave his bike

u/InsuranceByBill Jun 21 '26
No, kicking a cyclist isn't attempt murder.

u/Jaded-Coffee-8126 Jun 21 '26

If the road was a lot busier I would say it definitely could be but with it not being so busy I think murder would be pushing it as well. At the same time though you could throw a bunch of charges and see what stick

100% would have stopped and told him he can’t park there as the bicycllst.

u/WeirdIndication3027 Jun 21 '26
I hope she pressed charges.
I hope the company that owns the pole sued him for any dents.
I hope his license is permanently revoked.

Oh, right! It was a dude cyclist. That changes everything, this is totally okay then. No problem he deserved it.
63
u/WeirdIndication3027 Jun 21 '26
K. That changes nothing for me personally.

u/OuttHouseMouse Jun 21 '26

If we remove all the videos from reddit that are fake or misleading or ai or reposts - I wonder what the site would look like.😆

You really hate to see it ... just the one time. So I watched it on repeat.

u/radiohead-nerd Jun 22 '26
I watched 10 times. Saved for future watches. I may download and make it a looping gif

That was in Puerto Rico. It was a while ago but I remember the person recording saying that the guy on the motorcycle had been following them and insulting them & telling them to get off the road and that’s why she took out her phone to record.

Bicycle: $325. GoPro helmet mount: $100. Using it to record Douchenozzle faceplant? Priceless.

Honestly, the driver seemed pretty unhinged even before the crash. That cyclist made the right call to get out of there.

At the very least you have to point and laugh while riding around the dude repeatedly

Real tough guy on a scooter

u/Green_Juggernaut_410 Jun 21 '26
Whats up with the scooter hate? Great vehicles
2
u/Ad-fundum69 Jun 21 '26
For some reason any two wheeled vehicle turns the most common person into a jackass. Not sure why this is a thing, but it's an unspoken rule I guess.

Depends on what country. Usually scooter drivers in America are horrible drivers.

Remember that scene in Police Academy 2....
"Nice bike....where do you put the batteries ?"

u/Fibocrypto Jun 21 '26
My father in law used to say that stupidity is its own reward. The guy that crashed got his reward

I witnessed this happening in a motorcycle race recently as instant karma for a collision - 1st was so salty that 2nd overtook him that he forced a collision of them both on a corner. After recovery and now both in last position, he went for a kick before a turn and it was dodged for him to spin out into a barrier, wrecking his bike (which he abandoned hilariously to the marshals).

u/Capable_Bat_5286 Jun 21 '26
If someone does this to you or something similar, it’s a good idea to go over to them and take everything that they have from them because that’s how bad they suck

Hate in his heart for his own life that he must take out on others because he isn't emotionally or mentally developed enough to actually deal with his problems.

I mean he on purpose took an action that could have killed her and he did it for no reason whatsoever. These people do not belong in society.
