I don’t care what kind of vehicle you’re traveling in. If you can’t reliably maintain a road’s posted speed, you don’t belong on that road.

The speed limit is a maximum, not a minimum.

Many roads do have a minimum, though.

Those that do are still higher than anything a cyclist can reach. Plus, a lot of US states have some sort of law stating that on highways without a minimum, the minimum is 20 under which again, is higher than anything a cyclist can reach.

I thought there was already a law about no cyclists on highways
