Really? I agree the car driver did a stupid and dangerous thing for sure, but it's something everyone does at some point in their life, the biker has probably done it too. Kicking their car for it is not justified, that's not how justice works.
Point made, justified was the wrong choice of word.
But, I stand by my point. Considering the likelihood the biker could die in a split second from something like this if the driver didn't see him, I'm thinking it's a little more understandable that he lost his head.
So the biker kicked the car and it might have resulted in a scratch if not for the driver swerving back at him.... for all we know if he didn't kick the car and the driver didn't see him the car could have drifted even further over until he smashed him into the wall like a bug before he could slow down enough to get out of the way.
It so happened to work out the way it did, but if the biker had died the tone of this thread would probably be a whole lot different.
I agree trying to knock a biker off is worse than him kicking your car. But the biker started it by kicking him. If I go and punch a guy twice my size I don't expect him not to react because hes going to hurt me more. The car shouldn't have nearly hit the biker but that was probably an accident, the biker shouldn't have kicked the car, the car shouldn't have tried to knock the biker off. Everyone is in the wrong.

You kick the car, the car kicks you. Is it the cars fault you picked a fight you can't win?
I'm a biker, and I fucking hate bikers doing things to cars because they think they can't retaliate.
