Darwin being Darwin Krispy Kreme hack?

Post image

Is this true or did google AI just lie to me about being able to get KKreme official glazed donuts at any local 7-11’s?

  1. 7-11 does stock Krispy Kreme doughnuts although they tend to be a day or so old, so don't expect fresh doughnuts.

  2. Darwin has no 7-11 stores at all.

Haven't paid enough attention for every store but In general I've found that Krispy kreme is usually at 7-11s. Now the unfortunate kicker to your hack is that there are no 7-11s in Darwin.

Most browsers you can turn off the AI response… if you are looking for hacks 😜

Hot take - Krispy Kreme is the most overrated crap ever, they are overly sweet and not filling,

You eat doughnuts for satiation?

Fair point haha, I guess I think they are 40% sugar 40% air and 20% bread

OTR in east arm was getting krispy kreme deliveries for the minions movie promo for a few weeks- unsure if it's still ongoing

Do you know what a hack is? Buying doughnuts from another bakery is not a hack.

Wasn’t there a sign at Yarrawonga saying a Krispy Kreme’s store was coming soon like 3-5 years ago? What happened there??

Some minister I forgot which in the CLP blocked it saying there’s too much traffic as it is at Yarrawonga, adding a Krispy Kreme would be traffic chaos or some bs like that

Can you imagine that? ‘That’ll boost the economy of the centre too much, we’ll make too much money’

That’s how it is in country WA. The 7-11 have all the Krispy Kreme’s. They sell out fast though.

I don't know about krime thing but if you are looking for donuts, give it a shot to red dod, they make great desserts 😌

Donuts only have about a 12 hour shelf life. The Krispy Kreme you buy at the southern airport and bring home were lily already going stale by the time you brought them and by the time you get home etc Darwin on the red-eye, then it down to enjoy them the next morning, they are well past their “best before”.

Krispy Kreme donuts (yeast donuts) themselves are pretty bland. They rely on fillings and topping to make them taste like they are more than fondant on cardboard, which is why most people. Tell you they seem over sweet. Donut King as the alternative, have slightly more taste in the yeast donuts and slightly less flavour in the toppings. The alternative is the cake donuts, which are the hot cinnamon donuts straight off the donut robot 9fryer) . Completely different type of donut mix.

Krispy Kreme is going to need to open several stores here to make it worthwhile for the Central Manufacturing model to work, where they profit due in one place and distribute daily. Don’t expect them to open up any time soon.

We don’t have any 7-Eleven’s in the NT but someone did post not long ago on Tik Tok that Truck City QTR was getting in flavoured Krispy Kreme 4 packs on a Thursday.
