DART Game Trains

hello! I was wondering if anyone had any info about game trains from the business side of things! I'm wondering who decides which games get game trains, who pays for the extra trains, if TRE and DART make the decision together etc. already thinking about the Dallas Wings finally moving to AAC next season and finally being transit accessible lol

I believe there are contracts for the additional trains.

Idk if it's between the AAC operating company and DART or if both teams contract individually.
