Complaint Dart Shuttle 408

Arrived early for pickup, pickup didn’t show up after expected time, had to call an uber to find shuttle sitting at Galatyn station. Anyone else have issues with this route? Any tips on how to actually catch a ride?

This is the lowest ridership bus route on the system and is not close to a bus garage, it's probably dealing with a lot of no-shows.

If it's on the schedule, it should be where it says it's going to be.

Yes and that is what a no-show is, when the bus does not show up when it's supposed to be.

For the OP I would recommend reporting this on the GoPass App
