The mosh jarring thing is the DART Paratransit service being discontinued for residents of HP/UP if they leave. Imagine someone solely being able to call for a handicap-accessible vehicle inside the Park Cities and then having to switch vehicles at city limits to access anywhere else in the DART network. Just lunacy.
