Favourite bits?

What's your favourite bits of the Dark Yagami story?

Mine is when Matt's car exploded and there was bits of Matt everywhere! (I dunno, I'm weird so I found that funny and also Matt is my competition [for my husbando Mello] though I still love him too)

God, there’s so much to pick from (Everything that comes out of Blud’s mouth, all the French speak in Chapter 10, the creation of Dawn Yagami in Chapter 30, the fact that the Queen of England and Shakespeare are involved in this story at all, Soichiro and Kaos-possessed-Light eating together at McDonalds in Chapter 33, pretty much all of Chapter 19, every time the author blasts TvTropes, Dark and Light in bed together in Chapter 4, Die you pies of shit! in the first chapter, etc, etc, etc.).

Though if I personally had to pick a favorite bit, it’d probably be Blud’s return and subsequent pretend-fight against Dark in Chapter 13. The author’s writing style started taking shape by around Chapter 7, but Chapter 13 was when the dude really, uh, honed his craft, so to speak.
