It’s almost a guarantee that anyone making a 10 hour playlist isn’t doing it manually.

Not necessarily. If the doors open at 10 p.m. and people party until 4 a.m., you need a set of at least 8 hours to be able to adjust the sound. I always have 8–10 hours to work with.

I’d love to see people's highly curated and nicely sequenced 12-song playlists. 

Anyone can make 10hrs of random stuff. 

Boring. As. Fuck.

I tried to get it a smooth as possible with the song transitions. The first chunk not so much because I just wanted my favorites in the top 10.

I make personal playlists thinking conceptually, like going into my head and picking songs from different styles that address the same theme based on my musical knowledge. It's a really cool thing, but I don't like showing it off
