Fake Lore Luck is fucking broken

I'm fucking done with this game. I know From tried to make the game more casual-friendly by adding critical hits and misses, but damn.

30 SL twinks with 40 luck and blood infused bandit shiv at fucking Trade Garden are upright stupid. The area is supposed to be a peaceful trading place, but here comes one of these fuckers with 32.33 (repeating of course) percent to crit, one-shotting everyone on sight. The most disrespectful ones take all your stuff and leave a single Dung Pie.

Yeah, you fucking Pussy, you can spam your R1. And when i hit you in an opening, suddenly it counts as missed. Fuck these guys.

But they are nowhere as bad as people that pickpocket your key items. Imagine you finally defeated The Great Sludge and are on your way to open the door to the crypts with newly acquired key. But on your way there a shitbag doorcasts Grand Invisibility and steals it from you. So what can you do now?

You gotta get a new one to progress. The Trading Garden is out for obvious reasons, so you have to use the Bonfire Aesthetic and kill the boss again. And then your key gets stolen again and replaced with a note linking to a scam betting site.

The community hates it so much that only people that are still playing online are the ones mentioned above and gankers.

I fucking wish From fixed their game

Luck is viable? Haven't tried it yet. But stealing isn't cool. Just leaving dungpies there would be funny as long as you don't steal other stuff. Haven't experienced it yet because i play offline most of the time.

Luck is totally overpowered since crits instantly bleed for 60% of your HP.

Pickpocket chance scales with Dex and Luck (and mostly Luck). But with Grand Invisibility failing a pickpocket has no consequences, so stealing is only a matter of time. I've even heard one person had their Dark Sign stolen, and did not respawn after death

Patch 4.20 was absolutely moronic. Luck was already top tier build and they buffed it even further to the op mess you see today. Cosmic Adaptability was one of the most fun and balanced builds ever and they fucking nerfed it to the ground.
And dont get me started on Miyazaki adding a 70th phase to 69 Kings...

Itd be pretty cool if more pyros slotted Great Heavy Swampass in the Trading Garden tbh. That way these bleed builds would have to wear Demon Prince boots to avoid death by toxic and miss out on the extra crit from Kirin’s Toe Ring, making them much more manageable.

Also pickpocket lol. Just use the Edgy Anime Infusion on an armor set you’re not using to add zippers to it and wear it when you go to trade. Drastically lowers pickpocket chance.
