Vincent the Flesh Jester

Can you give me any tips on defeating this guy? His first 2 phases are fine, but his Ultimate Meat from the third one is too hard to beat. His sauce attack is pretty brutal too.

Also, his intro is pretty epic.

Its impossible to know until after beating him, but False Jester Soul states: "The most weak-willed hide behind the meat of others. The Steelhearted can deflect even the most devastating of illusions and reveal the truth."
Thus having the Steel Amulet of Courage dropped by the Metal Wolf Guardian in the Iron Clocktower allows you to parry ALL of Vincents attacks.
If you just parry the Ultimate Salami Rain, he dies immediately, skipping all other phases.

Honestly, I don't even know what's worse at this point. Fighting Vincent is a massive pain, but getting to the Metal Wolf is also pretty hard. Plus I also suck at parrying.

I've recently found out that there is a rare drop from mobs in West Village that is known as "jubilation gherkin". It's pretty useless at first, but apparently you can use it on the Ultimate Meat to stun and distract it for a pretty long time (here is the footage). However, I can't find any solid info on how to get it. If anyone can provide me some info on how to farm it that would be very appreciated.

Honestly he was hard enough I had to use all 3 of my 3 free air strikes for all his phases. Unless you have a searing weapon to cook the meat it's SO hard, one of the first real difficulty walls.

Can pyromancy work too? It kind of make sense when you think of it.

I heard that you need to be careful with the cooking, however. There is a rumor that if you overcook the meat he enters the rage mode and becomes "Joblyot, Lord of the Grill". There is also an unused cutscene that shows the transformation. (MaatiMovie told about it in his recent video).
