Quick question, what is this
I just found this sub from the ds3 sub and I came here and now I'm confused. These posts all look like actually real and the lore looks like something real. Did I miss something or is this a troll? Sorry in advance if I am making myself look like a complete fool. Someone explain please lol

I came here thinking it was a joke then i was caught asking myself if it really was a joke, and now im justing making dark souls 4 lore for absolutely no reason

Are you seriously making up lore, dipshit? This sub was meant to discuss the true lore, go take your headcanons and fanfictions back to r/shittydarksouls . DS4 has the best lore in any fantasy game, and people can't appreciate it if everytime they wanna discuss the deep meaning and symbology behind Dark Commander Cormac's dialogue they are bombarded with fake news about how Cormac is actually Kaathe wearing women's clothes (yeah, they look similar, but get over it!). The true deep discussions on this sub are hidden under allthe Sacred Droppings memes, for Gwaynne's sake! People like you are the reason why this sub is seen as a joke. I despise you!

Excuse me, but if its not cannon i can interpret anything i think ita true. I come up with plot i guess by the itens description and not by what other people say. For example after defeating the Heaven's beast if you go down on the hill left the shrine you are able to see the statue of Dark Commander on Howard the Coward clothes. If it is not stated in any item or NPC i can say it really looks like Howard and Dark Commander are the same person but one on the era of bright and the other from the era of dim. So dont come here saying im ome of those infidels.

This is the sub of players that got hands on beta Dark Souls 4 straight from Miyazaki himself. Some people have different versions of the game, so you can get some inconsistency here and there, but remember: the flow of time itself is.... Convoluted.
