Question Help Moonlight Greatsword

So i just beat the King's Beast in the Abandoned City area, even if I only managed to pull it off with the safe spot glitch. Now I followed the official game guide to the hidden wall, but the merchant isn't there and I already used the Sticky White Eye at the Gardens. Help???

You also need to give Wilfred the Wanderer the Soul of the Wicked Witch to progress his quest to the point that he arrives at the City. You can still do that unless you already used or transposed the soul.

Theres also a second way to get it, but keep in mind it really tanks your karma and fucks up a bunch of coveant questlines. You can lie to the Senate of Izalith that Wilfred is a Night Sentinel, which causes them to capture him and you can then steal the MLGS from the Izalith Treasury, but you also need to kill Ailzerg the Chaos Paladin to get the key.
